Asset List
Assign a market to creatives in the Administration section.
Within the 'Asset List' tab you can see frame asset data and status for each individual frame.
Frame Asset Data Table
The Frame Asset Data table includes:
- Frame Status: 'Dismounted' for frames that have been dismounted and are unavailable, 'Mounted' for frames that are mounted and available
- Route Frame Code
- Asset Type: static, scrolling or digital
- Channel
- Product Format
- Tags
- Networks
Tip: sort the table by selecting a column heading to sort in ascending or descending order.
By default, you will see all assets listed on the page. Use the 'Filter' section to refine the assets listed by Route Frame Code, Frame Code or Product Format Name.
Select the arrow button to access advanced filters:
- Channel Name
- Business Area Name
- Visual Unit Code
- Asset Type — static, scrolling or digital
- Tag
- Network
- Start Date and End Date
Apply a start date, an end date, or both, alongside a network name or tag name to find assets with networks or tags that fall within those dates.
Frame Spotlight Panel
The area on the right-hand side of the page is the 'Frame Spotlight Panel'. Select a frame in the Frame Asset Data table to populate the panel with granular frame metadata.
