Inventory Management: overview and Setup

Assign a market to creatives in the Administration section.

The 'Inventory Management' section is accessible from the menu on the left of the page. It has three tabs: 'Setup', 'Asset Health' and 'Asset List'. It opens on the 'Setup' tab.

Download Asset Data

Select 'Download Asset Data' to download the same asset export files that DSPs use in their planning tools. This gives you visibility of exactly what buyers see when they plan campaigns using your inventory.

Important: assets missing PMP_CPT, width, height, or with a dismounted status, are not included in the export file.

Setup

The 'Setup' tab allows you to add new frame data, update existing data, and review previously loaded files.

Frame Asset Table

The 'Frame Asset' table shows a list of previously uploaded files. Key information includes:

  • File Status: 'Success' or 'Failed'
  • File Name: the .xlsx file
  • Date and Time: the date and time of the file upload
  • Uploaded By: the name of the user who uploaded the file

Display Number Feature

Use the 'Display Number' feature to change the number of setup files listed per page.

Download Button

Hover over a previously loaded file in the table and select the 'Download' button that appears on that row to download it as an .xlsx file.

Frame Asset File Upload

To upload an asset data file:

  1. Select the 'Upload asset data file' icon.
  2. Choose your .xlsx template from the file upload window.
  3. Select 'Open'.
  4. Select the 'Upload File' button.

Refresh Asset Data

Use the 'Refresh Asset Data' button to refresh the frame data presented on the page.
