The Content Management page
Creative statuses, the creatives table, filters, the Library and Creative Sets.
Use the 'Content Management' section to upload, moderate and manage creatives.
In the Content Management section, you will see a list of your current creatives and their statuses. Creatives are listed with the most recently uploaded first, in descending order.
Creative statuses
Hover over the status keys beside the creative thumbnails to see the status of a creative.
| Status | Definition |
|---|---|
| Pending | Creatives awaiting approval |
| Sent for approval | [DEFINITION NEEDED — see open question 29] |
| Approved | Creatives that have been approved |
| Rejected (manual) | Creatives rejected by a moderator |
| Rejected (auto) | Creatives rejected automatically because they do not match the aspect ratio of any frame in your inventory. See Creative Auto-Rejection |
| Flagged | Creatives that have been flagged for attention |
The creatives table
In the table you will see key information for the creatives, including 'Creative ID', 'DSP', 'Size (W x H)', 'Video Duration', 'DSP advertiser name', 'DSP advertiser domain' and 'DSP seat ID'.
Click to copy is available on the DSP advertiser name, DSP advertiser domain, DSP seat ID, Advertiser, Brand and Creative ID.
Click anywhere on a creative row to open the editing view.
Filtering
Use the 'Filter' section at the top of the page to filter the list of creatives on the page. By default, you can filter by:
- Status
- DSP
- Creative ID
- Creative Type
Select the expand icon to access more filters. In the expanded view, you can also filter by:
- Advertiser
- Brand
- Product Category
- Format
- Campaign ID or Deal Line ID
- Size, width and height
- DSP advertiser name
- DSP advertiser domain
- DSP seat ID
Use the 'Clear all' button to clear all applied filters.
Tip: any filters you apply are persistent and remain in place, even if you navigate to the Bulk Edit section or move between creatives in the moderation view. Filters remain set until cleared.
Library and Deleted
Use the 'Library' and 'Deleted' toggle to see the list of creatives that have been deleted.
For more information on deleting and restoring creatives, see Deleting and restoring creatives.
Creative Sets
The 'Creative Sets' feature is accessible via a tab in the Content Management section.
Creative Sets allows you to assign a single creative, or multiple creatives, to a Visual Unit. This enables programmatic trading on Visual Units that contain frames with different aspect ratios, sizes and motion types.
The click-anywhere-on-row editing and row cloning described in this section also apply in Creative Sets.
For more information on using this feature, see Creative Sets: overview and setup.
