Creative notifications

In-browser alerts and email notifications for creatives pending review.

You can be alerted to creatives waiting for your review, in the browser and by email.

In-browser alerts

Alerts are issued when new creatives are submitted for review, that is, when the number of creatives pending approval increases. If there are no creatives to approve, you do not receive a notification.

Alerts appear as long as you are in an active session in VIOOH Trading Manager, even if you are working in another tab. A session can last 10 to 12 hours if you do not log out.

In-browser alerts are supported in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari.

To enable in-browser alerts:

  1. Enable notifications for your preferred browser in your system settings.
  2. Accept the notification prompt when it appears in your browser. If you miss the prompt, enable permissions manually in your browser settings.

Email notifications

Select 'Notify me', above the table on the right-hand side of the Content Management page, to subscribe to a summary of creatives pending review.

Emails are sent at 08:30, 12:30 and 16:30 in your local timezone, and contain a direct link to the creatives requiring your attention.

In the 'Email notifications' panel, enter the address to notify and choose the time window for creatives pending review: last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or all time. Select 'Subscribe'.

Please note: the subscription is per user. You will receive notifications for all creatives in your VTM environment within the time window you choose.
