VIOOH Trading Manager (VTM) is our platform for creating, managing and monitoring programmatic campaigns.

How to Log In
The URL for VIOOH Trading Manager is https://prog.viooh.com.
The platform is accessible from a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. It is functional on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox.
Existing Users
When you enter the VTM URL, you will see a login screen.
- Click 'Continue with Google', or click 'Continue with jcdecaux.com' where applicable.
- Enter your email address and password.
Where relevant, you will be redirected to a second login page. Enter your JCDecaux (Active Directory) login details.
New User Accounts
To create a new user account, raise a ticket with VIOOH Support:
- Production environment —
support@viooh.com - UAT environment —
onboarding@viooh.com
Include the following information for the user:
- Full name
- Email address
- Business unit
- Application and environment (e.g. VIOOH Trading Manager: Production environment)
- Job role
- Reasons for access
- Request approval
- Market
We will contact the user with instructions for their first log in.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, select the 'Forgot password?' link in the login panel.
Please note: if you are a JCDecaux user and have forgotten your password, contact your local JCDecaux IT department, who will reset your password.
User Credentials
Once you are logged into VIOOH Trading Manager, you will first need to select your market from the list.
Tip: for Adserver/FSAS markets, your market code will be in all capitals, for example VIOOH_GB.
You will see your market and country time zone in the top right-hand corner of the page.
If you have access to multiple business units covering different time zones, you can switch between them using the drop-down list.
Menu Bar
The 'Menu Bar' on the left of the page allows you to navigate between each area of VIOOH Trading Manager. A yellow marker next to the menu icons shows you where you are. The main areas are:
- Campaign Management
- Content Management
- Insights
- Deal Health
- Proof of Play
- POP Live Monitoring
- Administration
- Inventory Management
When you first log in, you will land in the 'Campaign Management' section.
In-App Resource Centre
Select the 'Resource Centre' icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. This icon is accessible from every page in the platform. All links in the Resource Centre redirect you to the Client Portal.
For access to the Client Portal, complete the Client Portal access form.
Announcements
The 'Announcements' section gives you visibility of the latest release notes for VTM. Selecting the links takes you to the Client Portal.
Training Videos
The 'Training Videos' section houses all training videos.

The 'Training: User Guides' section houses all VTM user guides:

Helpful Resources
The 'Helpful Resources' section includes file upload templates for frame targeting, the Loss Reason Glossary, and other helpful resources.

The 'Platform FAQs' section includes answers to frequently asked questions.
Logging Out
To log out, click the 'Logout' button in the bottom left-hand corner of the page. The icon is accessible from every page in VTM.
This will take you back to the login screen.
- Select 'Continue with Google' or 'Continue with jcdecaux.com', where applicable, to log in again.
- Or exit the page to remain logged out.
