The 'Asset Health' dashboard provides a centralised interface to monitor and maintain inventory data quality. It highlights which assets are missing critical parameters, so they can be reviewed and fixed and the inventory can be monetised.
Essential parameters include:
PMP_CPT- Width
- Height
- Venue Taxonomy
Important: any key data points missing from our central asset database mean that DSPs cannot properly evaluate your inventory. This can prevent your frames from being bought or traded programmatically.
Please note: if an asset's offer is 0, or its mounted status is DISMOUNTED, bid requests for that asset are blocked.
Tip: keeping your Asset Health dashboard clear means all of your eligible inventory is visible and trading-ready to DSPs.
Frames Missing Allotment
The 'Frames Missing Allotment' table, under 'Frames Missing Data Details', shows any asset that does not currently have an allotment figure set in VIOOH Central.
If an allotment value is not provided for an asset, our system retains this as a null value. In practice, the asset cannot trade at all, for both Programmatic Guaranteed and Non-Guaranteed campaigns, until a valid allotment figure is submitted.
Monitor this table and submit the correct allotment figure for any assets that appear in it, to avoid a lapse in trading.
Please note: in Full-stack Ad-Server (FSAS) markets, every asset has an allotment of 100 SOT (Share of Time). This applies to all FSAS assets on an ongoing basis.
Expiring Mounted Assets
The 'Expiring Mounted Assets' table, at the end of the dashboard, gives you a view of frames that are live and due to come down soon, so you can plan re-bookings, extensions or removals ahead of time.
The table lists every mounted frame with a dismount date in the next 30 days. Frames that have already been dismounted are not shown, and frames with an end date that has passed are excluded, so you only see what is coming up.
