Getting started with the Deal Health dashboard
Open the dashboard, understand its tabs, and how often its data refreshes.
The Deal Health dashboard is built to monitor Guaranteed and Non-Guaranteed programmatic campaigns. Use it to check revenue, performance and pacing, and to troubleshoot campaigns and deal lines that are not trading as expected.
Opening the dashboard
Select 'Insights' in the Menu Bar on the left of the page, then select the 'Deal health' tab.
You can also go straight to the 'Revenue' tab from the Campaign Management page. Select either revenue widget in the key metrics bar at the top of the page. See The Campaign Management page.
How the data works
- The dashboard data refreshes every 30 minutes, at 10 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour.
- Revenue metrics are shown in local currency.
- The timezone is set to your local timezone by default. If your market covers more than one timezone, use the 'Timezones' filter to change it.
Please note: the 'Today's Revenue' widget shows revenue up to 2 hours ago, unlike the other charts. See The Revenue tab.
The dashboard tabs
The dashboard has six tabs.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue | Revenue charts and widgets, including total, daily and hourly revenue |
| Performance | Key performance statistics, such as bid rate and win rate, for Guaranteed and Non-Guaranteed campaigns |
| Pacing | Whether your Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) campaigns are on pace to deliver in full. This tab covers PG campaigns only |
| Diagnostics | The loss reasons affecting trading for all campaigns |
| Export | Three tables of key metrics that you can configure and download |
| Alerts | Key performance indicators (KPIs) from the last completed hour, and alerts that notify you when a loss reason exceeds a threshold you set |
Features you can use on every tab
